Математическое моделирование процессов структурообразования тонких пленок при низких температурах

Сформулирована математическая модель метода молекулярной динамики, учитывающая эффекты квантовой статистики. Предложена численная схема решения предложенной модели. Проведены тестовые расчеты и выполнено сравнение с экспериментальными данными. Получены результаты расчета средних смещений приповерхностных атомов меди для различных температур.References
